Our Mission:

To create a caring and collaborative therapeutic experience to support healing and overall well-being through treatment of the lymphatic system.

Meet Amanda

My journey into lymphatic therapy began a few years into my physical therapy practice. I was introduced to this gentle technique by a talented friend and colleague who showed me the impact treating the lymphatic system had on post-surgical patients and those managing chronic conditions. I was fascinated by how such subtle, precise movements could produce dramatic reductions in swelling, and thus greatly improve patients tissue healing, range of motion, and overall sense of wellbeing. It felt like the missing piece of a puzzle in my patient care.

I jumped in with both feet, and have since dedicated my practice to mastering techniques of lymphatic drainage, wound care, and scar tissue management. I strive to provide a warm and nurturing environment to support clients through some of their most vulnerable healing moments. I am an educator at heart, and my goal is always to help patients understand their bodies and their healing process, and to create a collaborative patient-therapist relationship.

I chose to establish Denver Lymphatic because I saw a need in our community for specialized, medically-informed lymphatic drainage care that’s accessible to a wide-ranging population. Filling the gap between your doctor’s office and the wellness-spa. Whether you're recovering from surgery, recovering from cancer, managing lymphedema, an autoimmune condition, or chronic inflammation, pre or post-partum, or seeking therapeutic wellness or athletic recovery, I'm here to support your healing journey with expertise, compassion, and personalized care.

Beyond the Treatment Table

When I'm not in the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my sweet family playing at the park, going to the library, hitting up street festivals around Denver, and getting out in nature whenever we can. I love to stay active with yoga, hiking, and dabbling in climbing. Trying to find balance in life while raising two toddlers is certainly a challenge, but I strive to find daily, small ways to practice what I preach about caring for our bodies and supporting natural healing.

Why Lymphatic Drainage?

Many people have never heard of lymphatic drainage until they need it. I’ve watched countless clients struggle with post-surgical swelling, autoimmune symptoms, and chronic inflammation that other therapies couldn't address. Lymphatic drainage offered something different - gentle, precise, and remarkably effective.

What draws me to this work is the transformation I witness. A post-surgical client struggling to regain range of motion is moving freely after a few sessions. A lymphedema patient finds relief and gains confidence in managing their symptoms. A newly post-partum mom discovers faster recovery and a much-needed moment of rest. A client with an autoimmune condition finds a way to feel good in their body for the first time in a long time.

These aren't dramatic, flashy results. They're quiet, meaningful improvements that profoundly impact people's lives. That's why I've chosen to specialize exclusively in lymphatic drainage and supporting techniques to address tissue healing. I want to provide the highest level of expertise for those who need this specific, specialized care.

My Approach to Care

Specialized Expertise

Manual Lymphatic Drainage and supporting tissue healing is my sole focus. Unlike non-descript “lymphatic massage” that you might find elsewhere, you're receiving a specific therapy technique from someone who has dedicated their practice to mastering the science and art of treating the lymphatic system.

Medical Credibility

My dual PT/LMT licensure means I bring medical knowledge and therapeutic skill to every session. This is especially important for post-surgical, post-cancer, and lymphedema clients who need a therapist who understands complex medical conditions.

Professional Collaboration

I work closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and medical providers. If your doctor recommends lymphatic drainage, you can trust that I understand their protocols and will communicate appropriately about your progress.

Commitment to Excellence

I maintain ongoing education in lymphatic techniques and stay current with research and best practices. Your care is informed by the latest evidence in the field, my clinical expertise, and your personal situation and values. Every session should feel personal and collaborative.

My Practice Philosophy

Quality Over Quantity I intentionally limit my caseload to ensure every client receives attentive, personalized care. You won't be rushed through appointments or treated like just another number.

Cash-Based Practice Operating independently from insurance allows me to focus on what's best for you—not what insurance companies dictate. While this means services are self-pay, it also means your treatment is never limited by arbitrary session caps or requirements.

Comfortable, Professional Environment Your sessions take place in a calm, professional setting designed for healing. We take care to maintain clean technique while still providing warmth and relaxation for whole-body healing.

Respect & Dignity I honor the vulnerability of seeking care—especially for post-surgical clients and those managing chronic conditions. You'll be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism at every visit.
