Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I'll work with you when possible. However, to respect everyone's time and maintain my schedule, I have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Requirements
24-Hour Advance Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time
You must call or text to cancel your appointment
Appointments canceled with proper notice will not be charged
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours Notice)
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $100 from your session fee
This includes same-day cancellations
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the 100% of the session fee

Why This Policy Matters
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. When you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I cannot fill that time slot, which affects my ability to serve other clients who need care.
This policy ensures:
Fair treatment for all clients
Availability for those who need appointments
Sustainable business operations and respect for my time commitment to you
Your commitment to your own healing and recovery
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment:
Please call or text if you will arrive more than 10 minutes late
I am happy to provide treatment for the remaining treatment time and will adjust the session to provide the most benefit with the time we have
Your session will still end at the original scheduled time
You'll be charged for the full scheduled session time
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not have enough time for an effective treatment session. I may need to reschedule your appointment, and you may be charged the late cancellation fee (100%)
Payment for Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
