Our Services

  • What It Treats

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is one of the most effective therapies for post-surgical recovery. It supports tissue healing by removing built up fluid, proteins, and cell debris from the surgical site, allowing for fresh fluid and blood flow to the area. It supports optimal scar healing and decreases fibrosis.

    Common procedures we support:

    • Tummy tucks (abdominoplasty)

    • Liposuction and body contouring

    • Breast augmentation, or reduction

    • Mastectomy and reconstructive surgery

    • Facelifts and other facial procedures

    • Arm lift (brachioplasty) or Thigh lift (thighplasty)

    • Joint replacements, and other orthopedic surgeries

    • Any surgery resulting in swelling or bruising

    When to Start Treatment

We recommend starting lymphatic drainage as early as 2-3 days after surgery, with your physician's clearance. Early intervention, within a week of your surgery, produces the best results, but we can help at any stage of recovery.

    Our Approach

We provide traditional Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder-technique), a clinical gold-standard to manage swelling. This gentle technique stimulates the flow of lymph fluid to lymph nodes to reduce swelling and naturally eliminate the excess fluid. Complimentary manual therapy techniques informed by wound healing best practices, gently address scar tissue and fibrosis.

    Benefits of Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage

    • Reduced swelling and bruising – Move excess fluid and stagnant blood out of surgical sites

    • Faster healing – Decreasing swelling at a surgical site allows for fresh oxygen and nutrients to more easily reach healing tissue.

    • Improved surgical results – Reduced build up of fluid and cell debris decreases fibrosis and thick scarring.

    • Pain reduction – Excess swelling adds uncomfortable pressure to already tender surgical sites.

    • Lower infection risk – Improving flow to healthy lymph nodes (aka our immune system check points) helps clear bacteria and viruses from susceptible surgical sites.

    What to Expect

Sessions start with discussing your intake forms, surgical history, and any post-op protocols from your surgeon. Gentle, relaxing sessions focus on your surgical areas. Hands-on MLD uses light, rhythmic strokes to guide accumulated fluid toward healthy lymph nodes, where your body can naturally process and eliminate it. Scar tissue mobilization once incisions are completely closed, gently helps maturing scars regain mobility and heal flat and smooth. Optional deeper tissue work to address fibrosis helps soften tissue and smooth any post-surgical lumps or bumps.

You'll remain fully draped with only the treatment area exposed. Most clients find the sessions deeply calming and notice immediate relief with reduction in tightness and swelling.

    Typical Treatment Plan

    • Sessions are tailored to your specific surgical history, stage of healing, physician guidance, and client comfort.

    • Initial phase: 2-3 sessions per week for 2-3 weeks

    • Progression phase: Weekly sessions as swelling resolves and scar tissue matures

    • Maintenance phase: ‍Gradually decreasing frequency as needed to address residual swelling and scar tissue ‍

    • Total sessions: Most clients benefit from 10-20 sessions

Every recovery is unique, and we'll adjust your treatment plan based on your progress and healing timeline.

    Investment

    • Per session: $150 (60 minutes)

    • 5-session package: $637 (save $113)

    • 10-session package: $1200 (save $300)

  • What It Treats

Lymphedema is chronic swelling caused by damaged or surgically removed lymph nodes. Whether you're managing primary lymphedema or secondary lymphedema from surgery, cancer treatment, or injury, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is an important component of specialized treatment to keep your lymphatic system functioning well and limit swelling progression.

    We help clients with:

    • Diagnosed stage 0, 1, or 2 lymphedema

    • Concerns of lymphedema following lymph node removal

    • Concerns of lymphedema following mastectomy, radiation, or post-cancer treatment

    • Post-surgical lymphedema complications

    • Chronic swelling, tightness, limb heaviness, and impaired mobility

    Our Approach

We provide traditional Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder-technique), a gold-standard component of lymphedema management. This gentle technique stimulates lymph flow to viable lymph nodes to reduce swelling and supports your body's natural drainage pathways.

    Beyond manual therapy, we provide:

    • Education on self-care and home management

    • Compression garment guidance

    • Skin care recommendations

    • Lifestyle modifications for symptom management

    Note:

    • We do not provide Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) at this time

    • We are not set up to support stage 3 lymphedema

    Benefits of Lymphedema Management

    • Reduced swelling – move protein-rich fluid out of tissues and back to functioning lymph nodes

    • ‍ ‍Softening of fibrotic tissue - mobilization of dense fluid with built-up proteins helps soften hardened tissues and skin

    • Improved mobility – Noticeable decrease in limb size and heaviness resulting in better range of motion and function

    • Lower infection risk – Decreased swelling improves blood flow of oxygen and nutrients to maintain skin and tissue health

    • Better quality of life – Less pain, more confidence, greater independence

    • Ongoing support – Consistent care for long-term management when you may not qualify for CDT or initiate treatment while on a waitlist to get into a lymphedema clinic

    What to Expect

Sessions start with discussing your intake forms, medical history, and any protocols from your doctor. Sessions focus on gently moving accumulated lymph fluid toward functioning lymph nodes. • What It Treats

Chronic inflammation can arise from a wide array of causes - autoimmune conditions where the body’s immune system attacks healthy tissue, metabolic stress from lifestyle or athletic training, environmental toxins, other chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, and temporary life events such as pregnancy. And much more. Lymphatic drainage therapy helps support your body’s natural immune and inflammation regulation system, helping reduce flare-ups, ease discomfort, and improve recovery.

Examples of Conditions and Clients We Support:

    • Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Hashimoto’s, Scleroderma, and other autoimmune conditions

    • Fibromyalgia

    • Venous insufficiency

    • Pregnancy and post-partum inflammation and swelling

    • Mold toxicity, Chronic Epstein-Barr Virus, Long Haul COVID, and other chronic inflammatory conditions

    • Endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes)

    • Strength training and CrossFit enthusiasts

    • Allergies (chronic sinus infections, headaches, brain fog)

    • Recovering from illness, travel, holidays, or life stressors

    • Undergoing a detox protocol

    Our Approach

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) differs from generic “lymphatic massage” and is quite different than Swedish or deep tissue massage. Rather than deeper pressure, we use a specific sequence of gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate lymph flow, activating the body’s natural system for reducing inflammation and swelling.

    Benefits for Inflammation Conditions

    • Reduction in severity and length of flare-ups - regularly stimulating the body’s natural immune and inflammation management system helps your body better handle flare-ups when they do, inevitably, happen

    • Reduced inflammation – regularly clearing your body of built up intercellular waste helps reduce systemic inflammation

    • Reduced swelling - gently direct stagnant fluid back to lymph nodes for your body to naturally excrete it

    • Faster recovery from illness – Stimulating lymph nodes (aka our immune system check points) and lymph flow helps clear bacteria and viruses from the body

    • Faster recovery between workouts - help your tissues remove metabolic waste and improve blood flow of oxygen and nutrients to tissues to support recovery

    • Stress reduction - gentle, rhythmic MLD activates your parasympathetic nervous system (your rest and digest system) and helps down-regulate a heightened stress state

    What to Expect

Sessions start with discussing your intake forms, medical history, and personal goals. Gentle, relaxing sessions address full body lymphatic flow. Hands-on MLD uses light, rhythmic strokes to activate the lymphatic system and guide any stagnant fluid to lymph nodes, where your body can naturally process and eliminate it.

Sessions leave you feeling refreshed and lighter, not sore. Regular lymphatic drainage can be a game-changing tool for symptom management and recovery for many clients. You'll remain fully draped with only one treatment area exposed at a time.

    Typical Treatment Plan

    • Session frequency varies and is dependent on you specific goals, medical history, stage of healing, physician guidance, and client comfort

    • Initial phase: 1-2 sessions per week for 2-4 weeks

    • Maintenance phase: Decrease sessions while monitoring symptoms until a sustainable routine is established

    • Total sessions: Most clients benefit from 5-10 sessions. (At least 3 sessions over the course of a month is recommended to clear the system and assess how your body reacts).

Every recovery is unique, and we'll adjust your treatment plan based on your progress and personal goals.

    Investment

    • Per session: $150 (60 minutes)

    • 3-session package: $405 (save $45)

    • 5-session package: $637 (save $113)

  • What It Treats

Lipedema is a chronic condition of abnormal fat build up in the body - typically affecting the lower body, but can occur in the arms and torso as well. It can be painful, limit mobility, and lead to other health complications. It is often misdiagnosed leading to delayed treatment and potentially years of frustration. We hear you and are here to help. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) can help reduce symptoms of secondary fluid build up, limb heaviness, pain, and more.

    We help clients with:

    • Diagnosed type I - V lipedema

    • Suspected lipedema

    • Pre-lipedema surgery

    • Post-lipedema surgery

    Our Approach

We provide traditional Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder-technique), a clinical gold-standard to manage swelling. This gentle technique stimulates the flow of lymph fluid to lymph nodes to reduce swelling and naturally eliminate built up fluid caused by fatty restrictions to the lymphatic system. Complimentary manual techniques work deeper into the tissue to address fatty fibrosis and tissue restrictions.

    Beyond manual therapy, we provide:

    • Education on self-care and home management

    • Compression garment guidance

    • Skin care recommendations

Benefits of Lymphatic Drainage for Lipedema

    • Reduced swelling and discomfort – Decrease in limb heaviness and pressure caused by fluid build up

    • Improved mobility – Better range of motion and function by decreasing fibrotic restrictions and swelling

    • Lower infection risk – Decreased swelling improves blood flow of oxygen and nutrients to maintain tissue health

    • Better quality of life – Less pain and inflammation impairing your daily activities

    • Ongoing support – Consistent care and education for long-term management

    What to Expect

Sessions start with discussing your intake forms, medical history, and any protocols from your doctor. Sessions focus on gently moving accumulated lymph fluid toward lymph nodes, focusing on your most affected body parts. Optional deeper manual therapy techniques can be used to address fatty fibrosis contributing to impaired lymph flow and restricted mobility. These deeper techniques are guided by your tolerance and may feel intense, but should not be painful. Note - these are not “contour” or “sculpting” techniques.

Treatment is customized to your specific presentation, tissue density, inflammation, surgical history, and comfort. You'll remain fully draped with only one treatment area exposed at a time. Most clients notice immediate relief with reduction in tightness and swelling.

    Typical Treatment Plan

    • Initial phase: Weekly sessions to establish baseline improvement

    • Maintenance phase: Bi-weekly or monthly sessions to maintain progress

    • Ongoing care: Regular maintenance for symptom management

We'll work together to create a sustainable, long-term management plan that fits your life and budget.

    Investment

    • Per session: $150 (60 minutes)

    • Monthly maintenance package: Contact for pricing

    • Long-term care packages: Available for ongoing management
